2)用汽設備疏水壓力在0.15-0.6MPa之間,多數采用增壓回收方式回收冷凝水。要仔細核算阻力損失,設計集水罐_壓排氣裝置,考慮直接噴淋吸收和增壓回收兩種方式利用_壓排氣。需要選用泵葉輪耐溫150℃的水泵,配置專門的防汽蝕裝置。
3)用汽設備疏水壓力小於0.15MPa時,冷凝水可以利用重力自流回收。盡量用集水罐與水泵吸入口的液位差提供防壓頭,如果工藝布置不能_有防汽蝕壓頭,要采取專門的防汽蝕裝置。
